Money was what we came up with—hopefully that’s OK with you. So now when you help a new teammate start their business on the right track, you’ll be getting an added Fast Start Bonus.

From August 30 to October 31, 2014, you’ll earn a bonus for each new, personally sponsored Associate who generates enough Sales Volume Points (SVP) with their initial order to open either 1 or 3 Business Centers. The amount of bonus depends on the SVP of their initial order and the Business Centers they open.

You get 25 Commission Volume Points (CVP) when each new, personally sponsored Associate generates 200 SVP with their initial order and opens 1 Business Center. That amount goes up to 50 if your new, personally sponsored Associate generates 400 SVP with their initial order and opens 3 Business Centers.

Not bad, right? But it gets better.

You can double your bonus when your new teammate’s first Auto Order processes. But only if that order generates 100 SVP and processes within four weeks of enrollment. So you can push your total up to 50 or 100 CVP.

Q. Who is allowed to participate in Fast Start Bonus?
A. Any active Associate, except for those in mainland China. You don’t even need to opt in to start earning Fast Start Bonus.

Q. What happens if my new teammate doesn’t have a 100-SVP Auto Order process within four weeks of enrollment?
A. You won’t be able to double your bonus. You’ll still receive the first bonus. So if they had an initial order of 400 SVP and opened 3 Business Centers, you’d get 50 CVP. But you won’t earn the second 50 CVP. 

Q.  Is there a limit on the number of new teammates that can earn me Fast Start Bonus?
A. No. As long as you are abiding by the rules, you will earn a bonus for each new, personally sponsored Associate who generates a qualifying amount of SVP during the incentive period—August 30 to October 31, 2014.

Q. How long does my new Associate have for his or her 100-SVP Auto Order to process?
A. Four weeks from the date of his or her enrollment. If it processes earlier, that is fine, too.

Q. Are my new teammates eligible for Fast Start Bonus if they enroll during the incentive?
A. Yes they are. 

Q. What happens if I personally sponsor someone on the last day of the Fast Start Bonus? Will I still be able to double my money when their Auto Order processes?
A. Yes. As long as their initial order processes before the end of the day on October 31, 2014 and their Business Centers are active, you will still have the chance to earn an additional bonus on their Auto Order as well.

Here’s an example: Your new teammate’s 400-SVP initial order processes at 10:00 p.m. MDT, October 31, 2014. You’ll earn your 50 CVP. Then when their 100-SVP Auto Order processes—as long as it’s within four weeks of enrollment—you’ll earn another 50 CVP.

Q. What happens if my new Associate returns products from their orders?
A. If the product returns bring the SVP of their initial order or Auto Order under the required points, you will forfeit the Fast Start Bonus you earned through negative commission.


Rules

  1. This is an individual-based incentive. Each distributorship will participate on their own, not in teams.
  2. Fast Start Bonus is open for participants in all markets except for mainland China.
  3. Any enrollments of persons residing in mainland China will not be eligible for Fast Start Bonus.
  4. A participant is an individual person or a distributorship. If there is more than one person on a distributorship, the bonus will be shared between them.
  5. Each individual must be active (generating 100 Personal Sales Volume points every 28 days) to be eligible for Fast Start Bonus.
  6. Winners’ enrollments will be audited throughout the incentive period.
  7. For the purposes of Fast Start Bonus, an initial order will be defined as the order placed at the time of a new Associate’s enrollment.
  8. Each eligible Associate will qualify for Fast Start Bonus in the following ways:
    a. When a new, personally sponsored Associate places an initial order that generates either 200 or 400 SVP and opens 1 or 3 Business Centers.
    b. When that same new, personally sponsored Associate’s first Auto Order processes and generates 100 SVP.
  9. Auto Orders must generate a minimum of 100 SVP in a single order within four weeks of enrollment in order to qualify for Fast Start Bonus.
  10. Auto Orders must be automatically weekend-processed in order to qualify for Fast Start Bonus.
  11. Any return of product that brings a new Associate’s initial order or Auto Order below the minimum SVP requirement will result in forfeiture of the Fast Start Bonus through negative commission.
  12. Your new, personally sponsored Associate’s Auto Order will need to process within four weeks of their initial order.
  13. There is no limit to the amount of Fast Start Bonus a participant can earn.
  14. New enrollees will be eligible to participate in Fast Start Bonus.
  15. Any manipulation of this incentive, i.e., sponsorship manipulation, downline purchasing (placing a sales order in a Business Center other than where the sale was generated), etc., will result in disqualification from this incentive, in addition to any sanctions under the Associate Agreement.
  16. By entering, each entrant accepts and agrees to be bound by these rules and by the decisions of USANA, which shall be final and binding in all respects.
  17. Taxes, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of the prizewinner. The fair market value of all prizes will be reported to the IRS pursuant to IRS regulations. No substitutions or transfer of prizes is permitted. USANA reserves the right to substitute a prize for one of equal or greater value in the event that an advertised prize is unavailable.
  18. USANA is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected online entries or transactions for incorrect, inaccurate, or incomplete entry information whether caused by any equipment or technical malfunction or for any human error, technical error, or malfunctions. USANA reserves the right to halt or modify the incentive at any time during the incentive period if events beyond its control compromise the integrity or fairness of the incentive.
  19. USANA, in its sole discretion, may disqualify any entrant from participating in the incentive, refuse to award points or prizes, and require the return of any prizes if entrant engages in any conduct USANA deems to be improper, unfair, or otherwise adverse to the operation of the incentive or detrimental to other entrants. Such improper conduct includes, but is not limited to, falsifying personal information required during the incentive or otherwise tampering with the entry process.
  20. USANA reserves the right to modify these rules for clarification purposes without materially affecting the terms and conditions of the incentive.
  21. This incentive may not be used for any form of gambling.
  22. If for any reason the Internet portion of the program is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of USANA that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this incentive, USANA reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the incentive. In such event, USANA further reserves the right to award prizes to the players with the most points as of the termination date.
  23. USANA assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries or transactions. USANA is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail entry or transaction to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant’s or any other person’s computer related to, or resulting from, participation or downloading any materials in this incentive.
  24. Prizes are nonrefundable and non-transferable.
  25. USANA reserves the right to use names, images, and likenesses of incentive winners for printed and online media to market USANA products and promotions.
  26. Any attempts to avoid compliance with these rules or with the Associate Agreement will result in an automatic disqualification from the contest in addition to any sanctions under the Associate Agreement. If a prizewinner voluntarily or involuntarily terminates his/her distributorship under the terms of the Associate Agreement before the end of the contest, they will forfeit any right to a prize.
