Both the Serum Intensive and Firming Body Nourisher contain Alpha Hydroxy Acids (AHA). These products comply with strict guidelines established by the FDA regarding safety and efficacy of Alpha Hydroxy Acid products. The FDA guidelines state that any skin care product available for retail sale must have an AHA concentration of 10 percent or less and a pH of 3.5 or greater. Sense's Serum Intensive and Firming Body Lotion both fall within those guidelines, with an AHA concentration of between 5-10% and a pH of approximately 4.0.
