Preferred Customer vs Retail Customer

A Preferred Customer is someone who purchases USANA products for their personal use only, directly from USANA. A Retail Customer is someone who purchases USANA products directly from a USANA Associate or directly from an Independent Distributor's web page. Neither customer type is allowed to participate in the compensation plan.
